Thoughts for the week
Hooray I have actually lost weight, 1 kg. Now I am 60 kg. So
next week I want to get to the holy grail of 50’s. I am really looking forward
to 59 kg now. I put down the loss to, less sugary things, more exercise, less
wine and more water.
At the start of the week the cycling was really tough. I
started on a short blast of 30 to 45 seconds then progressed to 2 minutes by
the end of the week. When we started this regime I was walking. This was to get
my fitness levels up, as I had not exercised in years. It did the job to a
degree. Because if I had started with the cycling I may have given up as it
would have been too difficult for me. I have asthma and have never been able to
do much sport. Because the exercises started off gently, it’s allowed me to get
more fit than I ever have been. Which isn’t bad for someone aged 47 is it?
Here’s to another great week!
