Saturday 18th May 2019 day 41
3 slices of bacon, 1 tomato, mushrooms, 1 poached egg and 3 slices of bread
Black coffee
Chinese buffet – lychees, peaches, apples, strawberry, and pineapple. Salad of cabbage slaw, plate with noodles, egg fried rice, pork spring roll, veg, sweet and sour pork, beef with onions, chicken in chilli sauce.

Sunday 19th May 2019 day 4
Juice- celery apple beetroot ginger mint
Walk 90 second fast pace followed by 30 seconds slower walk.
7 prunes 6 Brazil nuts
Mushroom omelette and salad
Pork belly dinner with roast carrots, potatoes and parsnip with steamed beans and broccoli.
Walk for 1 hour just a slow walk and chat with Jaki.

Thoughts for the week…..
Well again, in two weeks I have not lost weight?? Why?? I think I have been having too many deserts, treats and sweet food options at the Chinese buffet. Also the exercise needs upping more. I have done more exercise this week, but only walking. I did ‘up’ the seconds, on my walking though. This needs some drastic action……. It is time to get the bike out. Hang on…….my bike has been locked up and ‘someone’ has lost the key……I will let you know if the hack saw will work on the padlock, next week.
