This weeks summary

Found that it was difficult this week. Main reason is having to go out to work to earn a crust. It knocks everything out doing the old working for a living thing. One of the main things I’m having trouble with is eating and drinking. Customers tend to want to feed and drink you. Then when I’m finished working, I always want to have a drink (beer) preferably.

I was also unable to do any weight training, which I really wanted to start this week, I was too tired. I also didn’t manage to change and/or print the document for the weight training record. All done now though! It will be getting started tomorrow with the ten-kilo kettle bell. We’ll be looking at swings, cleans and halo’s first. Tuesday will be cat vomit, myotatic crunch and side twists. Wednesday will be kettle bell get ups and snatch. Have fun and take care!
