Thoughts for the week
The food I ate on Wednesday didn’t affect me the way I
thought it would. I went and helped with some baking at a charity day. The charity is Noahs Ark in Rochechouart. This is
why we decided to have this day as E.W.Y.W day. All the food was freshly
prepared and not bought, which is why I think I didn’t have a bloat on. It was held at Harmony Holistic and Beauty
When I had the fish and chips I didn’t have the batter. Not because I don’t like it,
I love it. I think my body has a problem with gluten. Although they do make gluten free batter. Le Petit Poisson does great fish and chips and they’re freshly prepared. I had a hot chocolate in
the bar and that caused my throat to go into anaphylaxis, and I found it
difficult to breath. So I’m not sure if it’s the milk or what’s in their
chocolate? I know it was definitely nothing to do with the fish and chips, I
have those regularly!
No weight loss this week, boo. Never mind, having looked at
the food I’ve eaten this week it’s not surprising. The “eat what you want” day
was a bit close to the one, last week. I have eaten ‘normal’ deserts on two
occasions, outside of the E.W.Y.W day oops. Also I have doubled up on my
nutritional bars on a few days too. Right, another week to come, where I will
learn from this week’s little blip……..it’s a learning curve.
