Today we found out whether or not we’ve done a good job on the weight loss, after all the beer and bad food. I Couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw that I had lost over three kilos’. I don’t know whether or not the “being ill” for a day after terrible restaurant food helped me lose so much. Meanwhile, I’ll have to keep a keen eye on it next week, so I’m expecting there not to be as much movement with the reduction of weight. However, we’ll have to wait and see how it pans out!
